At The Grotto we stand behind the quality and fit of our product. Our goal is to make sure that you are not only 100% happy with your garment, but are also willing to tell your friends about your experience with us!
Since our suits are 100% custom and designed for you, we realize that some adjustments may be necessary. In the rare case that you are not satisfied with your order, our service team will quickly evaluate and handle alterations. If for whatever reason you are not completely happy with your purchase we will offer you a full refund and donate your suit to a local charity (exceptions apply).
Does your custom suit need some minor adjustments? No problem! We will get it dialed-in at no extra charge.
Alterations must be communicated at time of pick-up. We suggest you bring dress shoes, a belt and a fitted dress shirt when you come to try on your suit to ensure the intended fit.
For wedding parties, alterations must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the wedding. Groomsman, please don't wait until the last minute to try on your suit! These are custom garments and we want to make sure they are perfect for the big day.
If you receive your suit via mail, alterations must be communicated within 14 days of receiving your suit and at least 30 days before the wedding date. If you are not able to come to The Grotto for alterations, we would still love to speak with you about your suit. Please call or email us so that we can provide some feedback on the fit of your suit.
If remote alterations are needed, The Grotto will reimburse alterations completed by your local tailor up to $75. In order to receive your reimbursement, please have your local tailor complete the alterations reimbursement form and send back to us with an itemized receipt. We will send you the reimbursement within 10 days of approval.
Not happy with your suit? We will give you a full refund.
We are so confident in our product that we offer a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Full refunds are available only on products that are unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Any package received that does not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the customer without a refund. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Full refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product. The Grotto reserves the right to refuse refunds after the wedding takes place.
